When you log in to your Online Learning Environment, you will land on My Classes, which is your class list. From there, you can click on any of your classes to view the Class Dashboard with an overview of the students and assignments for that class.
The Students tab of your Class Dashboard provides an overview of the students in the class.
You can use the pencil to the left of the class title to edit the class settings at any time.
Click Add Student to access a student invite code or manually register students.
Once students are added, you can easily view active and archived students.
You will see the student’s name, % of assignments they have submitted, the last date/time that they logged in to the Online Learning Environment, their total score, and their assignment status.
You also have access to the Quick Evaluate icon if the student has submitted assignments.
You can reset a student’s password using the pencil.
You can archive a student from this screen by clicking the filebox icon.
The Assignments tab of your Class Dashboard provides an overview of all assignments for the class.
Clicking the Add Assignments button will take you to the Assignment Library for the program you are working with.
Assignment status is color-coded for easy viewing of what is going on with a specific assignment.
Click on the Due Date column to sort in order of due date to see most recent assignments first.
Overdue assignments are bolded in red for your attention.
Use the filters to view a specific Status or a specific Type of activity.
You can click on any activity line or status circle to drill down into the status for each individual student.
The orange Quick Evaluate icon will take you to the submission needing graded.
Export Scores will generate a .csv file with all of the assignments on the screen. You can then manipulate that data to look at specific assignments, or transfer grades to your official gradebook.
Click Export Scores.
Click Generate New Score Report.
Allow the report to run, then click Download Score Report.
