Assign Many Resources to Your Students at Once

Save time when assigning! Select multiple assignments and assign them all at once.

Follow the steps below to assign up to 20 activities at once with a single Assign button.

1. Before selecting assignments, go to the Students page to set your students’ learning options in your classroom’s Student page.      You may skip this step if you have already done this for your classes.
2. From within the unit, select the section of the unit that contains the resources you wish to assign.

 3. Open the section and choose the relevant lesson. 

4. Click the Add button in the right corner of the Activity preview.  You will see the item added to the Assignment List in the bottom right corner of the screen. 

5. Once you have added all the activities you wish to assign, click the Assign button.  You will have the choice of assigning each activity as a Separate Assignment or as part of a Playlist. 

6. Choose the Playlist or Separate Assignments option and click next. 

7. Add the name of the playlist if applicable and the dates of the assignment and click next. 

8. Choose the class and/or students you wish to assign and click the Assign button. 

9. You will see a green button at the bottom of the screen.
