Frequently Asked Questions

How is playlist data displayed?
Each resource in a playlist appears as its own column in the Status & Score Report, no matter how far students have progressed in the playlist. The report does not indicate whether a resource was assigned as part of a playlist.

What happens if a resource is assigned more than once?
Each resource appears only once in the report. The “Available From” and “Due Date” reflect the earliest dates across all assignments for that particular resource. Student data shows the status or score for the most recent assignment of a resource.

What if a student completes a resource multiple times?
The report shows the student’s status or score for the most recent assignment of the resource. To view earlier attempts, go to the assignment in the Assignments tab.

How does the report handle resources evaluated according to a rubric?
Resources evaluated according to a rubric are provided with “completed” status upon submission and evaluation.

Does the report update automatically?
No. To refresh the data, click the sync button at the top of the report.
