Passport now provides the option for teachers and students to allow members of the Carnegie Learning Customer Support team (or other personnel) to log into your Passport account to assist in resolving technical support issues.
To enable this functionality, click your profile icon in the top right, and click Edit Profile.
Scroll down and check the “Allow Carnegie Learning to login to your account for resolving technical support requests” box to grant this permission. Click the Update User Settings button to save the settings.
