From your MyCL Portal, launch the Teacher’s Toolkit.
If you want to preserve your student data and not influence your APLSE report, we recommend creating a duplicate class of the one you wish to add yourself to. Create your new class as you normally would. When you reach the step to select content, choose Copy Modules from Class. This will allow you to choose the class you would want to add yourself to.
When adding students, choose Select Existing Students.
To add yourself as a student:
Expand the Filter menu by clicking on the arrow.
Check the box next to Include Instructors.
Type your last name.
Under the Available Students list, click the box next to the name you want to add, and then click Add.
Click Save and Finish.
You’re now added to the class as a student. You will see a MATHia icon in your MyCL account the next time you log in.
A Note for Roster Integrated Users: While other changes made to your class rosters will not be preserved by the sync, this change will.
