The three icons outlined allow you to annotate your digital book and make it your own.
Use the pen icon to write freely on the page. Once the pen is selected, you will see an onscreen menu allowing you to customize your pen. When you finish annotating, click Save before exiting your book, or the system will not save your writing.
Use the sticky note to add notes using the regular or math keyboard.
The mathematics keyboard icon located on the sticky note allows you to create and save mathematical expressions and equations.
Highlight and search text using the highlighter.
Use the magnifying glass to search for highlighted words.
