This step-by-step guide will walk you through setting up classes in the Clear Learning Center. Clear Learning Center serves as the portal for access to digital courses, MATHia, and MATHstream.
After logging in as an instructor, you'll land on the Tools Page.
Click on the Clear Learning Center tile to access the Class Management Tool (CMT) to begin setting up your class.
1. Start by adding a new class within the Class Management Tool. Click "+ Add a Class”.
2. Select Mathematics by clicking on the Math tile.
3. Add your Class Information.
4. Select Supplemental Math Library (6-12) from the Primary Course dropdown menu.
5. Select the appropriate standards and proceed by clicking 'Next'.
The products that are available to you will be automatically selected. For example, in this case, they have access to MATHstream and MATHia.
Bulk Upload via CSV
To add students, download the CSV template provided. Fill in student details, including first name, last name, email, and username. Upload the completed CSV file by dragging and dropping it into the designated area and click 'Import'.
Add Students Individually
Select students from a list provided by your school's roster.
Alternatively, you can add students manually.
Review the details of your class setup, including the roster and products. Ensure all necessary materials and students are correctly added.
Click 'Done' to finalize your class setup within Clear Learning Center.
You have successfully set up your mathematics class in the CLC.
