Editing a Class in Teacher’s Toolkit (2024-2025)

To Edit a Class

 

Adding/Removing Product from a Class and other adjustments
 

  1. From your MyCL Portal, launch the Teacher's Toolkit.


     
  2. Select the class you would like to edit by clicking on the class tile.


     
  3. Within the Class Details, select the Overview tab and then click Edit.


     
  4. You may now edit the Class name, Profile, Class Category, Theme, Instructor, Standards, and Start and End Dates.

    From this screen you may also disable the class or add products.



    Please Note: 
    Changing the Instructor changes ownership of the class. If you change ownership of the class you will no longer be able to see the class and will have no way to change the ownership back. Roster Integrated schools should not change ownership of the class.

Adding/Removing Students from a Class
 

  1. Within the Class Details, select the Roster tab and then click Edit.


     
  2. You may now add or remove students from the class roster by selecting the student or students you would like to add or remove, select Add or Remove, and then, select Save & Finish.
