Manage Calculator Availability on Assignments

Managing calculator availability gives teachers greater flexibility to align assignments with their instructional goals and student needs. Whether you're assessing students' fluency without a calculator, allowing calculator use for complex problem solving, or providing access as part of a student's accommodations or individualized learning plan, you can choose the setting that best supports the assignment objectives.

By default, calculators are accessible to all students for all assignments. If you choose to turn calculator access Off for a specific assignment, the change applies only to that assignment. Past assignments and future assignments will continue to use their own calculator availability setting.
