MATHia Won’t Load in Clear Learning Center

If MATHia won't load for a student, follow the steps below to restart the problem or restart the step-by-step problem.

1. Log into your Carnegie Learning account.
    
2. Open the class with the student whose MATHia won't load. 
    
3. Select the Assignments tab from the left navigation bar.
    
4. Select View Details on the MATHia assignment that won't load.
   
   
    
5. Click on the three dots to the right of the studen'ts name.
   
   
    
6. Click on Assignment Tools to display the Assignment Tools menu.
   
   
    
7. Select Restart Problem from the menu that opens. 
    
8. In the window that opens, select Restart Current Problem.
   
   
    
9. Select the blue Restart Problem for Student button. You should now see this window indicating you have successfully restarted the problem.
   
   
    
10. Have the student login and test to see if they are able to launch the problem. If they cannot launch the problem, go to step 11.
     
11. Repeat steps 5-6.
     
12. In the window that opens, choose Restart Step-By-Step Problem. 
    
    
     
13. Select the blue Restart Problem for Student button. You should now see this window indicating you have successfully restarted the problem.
    
    
     
14. Click OK

This should allow the MATHia assignment to load
