Reassigning Resources from a Math Playlist

Teachers know that learning isn’t one-size-fits-all. When students need another opportunity to engage with content, whether for a redo, additional practice, or deeper understanding, reassigning individual resources from within a Playlist allows you to respond quickly and intentionally. This flexibility makes it easy to personalize support, meet students where they are, and keep learning moving forward.

1. Go to the Assignments tab.

2. Select the Playlist from the list of assignments.

3. Select the resource from the Playlist.

4. Select the three dots next to the right of the student's name, and then click on Reassign Separately

5. Your new assignment will be listed separately in your class's Assignment list. Please Note: The resource will not be reassigned in the student's Playlist.

6. Students will see a new tile, separate from the original playlist, on their dashboard for the reassigned resource.

What does reassigning a resource mean for the data in my reports?

Scores for the Playlist assignment (located in the Assignments tab) will remain those from the student's first attempt. However, any report you open will display data from the student's most recent attempt.
