Roster Integrated Class Setup with MATHia Classic

The Clear Learning Center (CLC) platform is designed to streamline educational management and enhance learning experiences. This step-by-step guide will walk you through completing class set-up for Roster Integrated classes in the Clear Learning Center with MATHia in the CLC. 

The first time you log into your Roster Integrated Account you will need to complete the set up of your classes.

  1. Select Teacher's Toolkit from the Tools menu. 


     
  2. Select a class under My Classes in the Toolkit Home Page by clicking on it.



     
  3. Click the Overview tab, then click the Edit button.



     
  4. Select Add/Remove Product, check the box for MATHia and Clear Learning Center, and click Ok.


     
  5. Enter the correct Start and End Dates. Change the Standards if necessary, and enter a Profile and Class Category if desired. If you wish, you can also change the Class Name. This will not affect the information coming from the roster integration source. Click Save when done.


     
  6. Select the MATHia tab for your class. Then select Edit.


     
  7. Add Primary Course Content to your class by selecting Edit Group and then the appropriate modules for your course. Then select Add, and then Update Group


     
  8. If you wish to add readiness content to your classes, see Adding Additional Content in Teacher's Toolkit before moving to the next step. You may edit your content and add Additional Content at a later date if you wish.
     
  9. Select the Clear Learning Center tab for your class. Then select Edit.



     
  10. Add content to your class by selecting the appropriate resources from the Licensed Clear Learning Center Editions. Then click Save.


     
  11. Return to portal by selecting MyCL from the waffle in the upper right corner.



     
  12. Open your class by selecting it from the My Classes tab in portal.
