The class-level Status and Score Report brings all student performance data into one place, making it easy to monitor progress, spot trends, and make instructional decisions. Teachers can view the report online or export it for printing and sharing.
1. Log in to your MyCL account.
2. In your portal home page, select Clear Learning Center.
3. On the left toolbar, select the Data Insights button.
4. You will see a button for the Status and Scores Report.

Within a class, the Status & Score Report provides a single view of student progress and results across digital assignments. The report includes all assignments in which students produce artifacts of work for teacher review. View-only assignments, such as reading material or videos, are not included in the report, as completion status is not relevant.

Depending on what is assigned to your class, you may see the assignment types listed below in your Status & Score Report. The chart shows whether each assignment type displays a numeric score or a completion status.

Icons show each assignment’s status. Click the i at the top of the table to see what they mean. If a student has more than one attempt, you’ll see the most recent status and score.

Select the resource(s) you would like to filter by from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the report.

You may order assignments by Available From or Due Date using the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the report.

Hover over an assignment to see its location and context.

How is playlist data displayed?
Each resource in a playlist appears as its own column in the Status & Score Report, no matter how far students have progressed in the playlist. The report does not indicate whether a resource was assigned as part of a playlist.
What happens if a resource is assigned more than once?
Each resource appears only once in the report. The “Available From” and “Due Date” reflect the earliest dates across all assignments for that particular resource. Student data shows the most recent status and score.
What if a student completes a resource multiple times?
The report shows the student’s most recent status and score. To view earlier attempts, go to the assignment in the Assignments tab.
How is progress shown for MATHia workspaces?
Does the report update automatically?
No. To refresh the data, click the sync button at the top of the report.
