The Status & Score Report’s Student View brings an individual student’s assignment data together in one place, making it easy to monitor student progress, identify trends, and inform instructional decisions. Teachers can view the report online, print it, or export it.
1. Log in to your Carnegie Learning account.
2. In your Portal home page, select Clear Learning Center.

3. Select Data Insights from the left navigation menu.

4. Choose Status & Score Report.

5. Click on a student’s name to view their individual report.


The student-level report provides assignment details similar to those found in CLC Assignments, including:

Status icons indicate the current state of each assignment.

The Student Status & Score Report includes several options for viewing data:
Filter by Assignment Type
Use the available filters to display specific assignment types.

Navigate Between Students
Use the student dropdown menu at the top of the report to move between students in the class roster. You can also use the arrow buttons to cycle through the students in your class.

View Attempt Details
Select the box surrounding the Submitted Attempts count to open a pop-up displaying details for all attempts made by the student (including attempts that were not submitted). The student may also have multiple attempts on an assignment made on multiple occasions (e.g., as both part of a playlist and not part of a playlist in a particular class).

Sort Assignments
Sort Assignments by:
Select the arrow next to a column heading to sort the data in ascending or descending order. The following example is sorted by descending Due Date.
