View All Assignments for a Single Student (COMING SOON!)

View Assignments

The Assignments by Student view allows teachers to see all assignments for a single student in one view. View assignment status, scores, and review access for every assignment on a single screen. The steps below outline how to access this view.

1. Select the Assignments tab.

2. From the dropdown menu next to Assignments at the top of the page, select the student whose assignments you would like to view. By default, the page will show All Students. Once you’ve selected a student, your student’s name will appear next to the Assignments title to remind you whose data you’re viewing.

3. Once a student is selected, the Assignments tab will update to display only the assignments for that student.

4.  Each row will show the data for one assignment. That data includes the name of the assignment, date submitted, status, number of attempts, and score.

5. If a score or rubric button is shown, you may click the score button to open the assignment and review the student’s work.

6. If an assignment needs to be evaluated, you’ll see a red Evaluate button. Click to open, score, and return that student’s assignment.

The assignment will open for scoring. After scoring, submit the scores for review and then click the X in the upper-right corner to return to the assignments page.

7. Click the 3 dots in the Action column to make changes to any assignment. NOTE: Options shown here will differ based on the assignment type.

8. Use the filters at the top of the table to personalize your view.

9.  Return to the Classroom by clicking the X next to the student’s name to clear the student selection.

Opening the Assignments by Students View from the Students tab

Clicking View next to a student's name on the Students tab sends you directly to the student’s page. For example, selecting View next to Olivia opens Olivia’s Assignments page.
