Some of Carnegie Learning’s web-based applications require third party cookies to be enabled. Third-party cookies are cookies that are set by a website other than the one you are currently on. When third-party cookies are blocked, the site you are visiting may not know who you are or what account to link your work to. Below are required steps to turn them on for different Internet browsers.
Open the Settings app on your iPad or iPhone.
Scroll down and find Chrome (iPadOS 17) or Apps>Chrome (iPadOS 18).
TIP! Use the search bar at the top of the Settings app to locate it quickly.
Look for a setting called Allow Cross-Website Tracking.
If it's not already enabled, tap the slider next to Allow Cross-Website Tracking to turn it on.
This will allow third-party cookies in Chrome on your Apple iPad or iPhone.
You may need to quit and restart the Chrome app.
Scroll down and find Safari (iPadOS 17) or Apps>Safari (iPadOS 18).
TIP! Use the search bar at the top of the Settings app to locate it quickly.
Under Privacy & Security, disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.”
Under Advance, disable “Block All Cookies.”
You may need to quit and restart the Safari app.
On your Android device, open Chrome.
At the top right, tap More Settings.
Tap Site settings, then tab Third-party cookies.
Select Allow third-party cookies.
You may need to quit and restart the Chrome app.
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the Chrome browser to open the options menu.
Next click More Tools, then Settings. This will open the Settings tab in Chrome.
Next click Privacy and Security. This will open the page where you can update your cookie settings.
Click the Allow third-party cookies option.
You must exit/quit ALL browser windows and completely close or quit the browser.
Then re-open Chrome, log back into the Clear Learning Center, and see if the content opens.
In the Safari app, choose Safari > Settings, then click Advanced.
Deselect “Block all cookies.”
You must exit/quit ALL browser windows and completely close or quit the browser.
Then re-open Safari, log back into the Clear Learning Center, and see if the content opens.
In the Edge menu, select Settings, then View advanced settings.
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Permissions.
Select Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Turn on the toggle next to Allow sites to save and read cookie data.
You must exit/quit ALL browser windows and completely close or quit the browser.
Then re-open Microsoft Edge, log back into the Clear Learning Center, and see if the content opens.
