The on-screen keyboard allows you to enter text directly in the software without using a physical keyboard. When the on-screen keyboard is disabled, you will need to use a physical keyboard to enter text.
Follow the steps below to disable the on-screen keyboard.
1. Click on the Settings gear in the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Click the Keyboard tab.
3. Select Physical Keyboard and then Save.
4. You will now be able to use your physical keyboard.
