If you edit a MATHia Sequence in a class you may notice different types of module content. Within the “Assigned Content” box, you are able to assign modules under the Primary or Additional type.
Primary content is assigned to all students in the class. The modules will autoprogress by default. (In the MATHia Sequence tab, you can edit and select no if you don't want modules to autoprogress.)
Additional content will not be shown to students and will not autoprogress. The teacher needs to unlock each Additional module manually, as these modules are meant for a select subset of students. For example, students who finished all of the regular primary content early and need an additional challenge.
Note that content assigned under the Additional type is not included in the APLSE report.
