How do I reset a student’s password?

You can reset a student's password in Teacher's Toolkit, from the Student Detail information page for that student. The student will be required to create a new password for their MyCL account the next time that they sign in.

  1. Sign in to your MyCL account at https://www.carnegielearning.com/login.

  2. Select the Teacher's Toolkit button.

  3. You can locate the student from the class roster or from the Student page.

  4. Click on the student's name to view the Student Details. 

  5. Click the Reset Password button.

  6. Select OK to confirm that you'd like to reset their password.
