Follow the steps below to assign up to 20 activities at once with a single Assign button.
1. Navigate to the section that contains the resources you wish to assign. Remember that you can use the links on the unit or lesson page or the dropdown menus at the top of the screen.
2. Click +Add on each activity you wish to include in your assignment list.
Note: You can assign activities from multiple units or lessons. Simply navigate to each section and click the +Add button on the activities you want to include.
3. Select whether you would like to create a Playlist or assign Separate Assignments. Click Next.
4. The Resource list allows you to drag and drop activities in the order you want them to appear. If you choose to create a Playlist you will also be asked to create a title for your Playlist. Click Next.
5. Select Available From, Available Until, and Due dates for your assignment. Click Next.
6. Once the classes/students who will receive the assignment are selected, click the Assign button located in the bottom right corner.
7. Use the same steps to bulk assign from the Search page.
Please note that if you are adding many activities to many classrooms or students, you might notice a delay of 30+ seconds after you click Assign while the Clear Learning Center processes and creates all the assignments. You will get a confirmation message when the assignments are complete.
