Carnegie Learning eBooks access codes are provided to students by their teacher or via email. Teachers will receive their student access codes from their district administrator or generate them themselves. Depending on the length of the subscription, the code may be delivered via email.
To redeem your access code and begin using your Carnegie Learning eBooks account, visit https://bookshelf.carnegielearning.com.
If this is the first time you have visited the website and you do not have an email and password that was provided to you, you’ll need to create a new account first. See related articles to create an account.
Once you have an account, log in and click the + Redeem button on the bottom toolbar. This is where you will redeem your access codes.
Enter your access code in this field provided. Click Redeem.
If you see “XXXX is not valid” please verify you’ve typed the access code correctly.
If you read a message that the code is already in use, please speak with the person who provided you the access code.
Redeem additional codes if necessary.
Your Carnegie Learning eBook(s) will appear on the screen in your account. You may begin using your Carnegie Learning eBooks immediately. The Carnegie Learning eBooks will stay on your bookshelf for the duration of the subscription, usually anywhere from 1 to 6 years, depending on your school or district’s purchase.
You may view a list of your Carnegie Learning eBooks and their expiration dates at any time by clicking Account on the bottom toolbar.
On the Update Profile tab, you may update personal info and your password.
On the Book History tab, you may view a list of your Carnegie Learning eBooks and expiration dates. Each of your Carnegie Learning eBooks subscriptions will appear on this list.
You may print any notes that you have made in your Carnegie Learning eBooks by selecting the page icon on the right.
