If you are reconciling your school roster to your Passport roster, you may occasionally find a student is “missing.” They may have accidentally been archived. You can find archived students and reactivate them without losing any data.
To view archived students, click on the Archived Students tab on your Class Dashboard.
Click on the filebox icon to the far right of the student you wish to reactivate.
Click Yes to confirm the reactivation.
Go back to the Active Students tab and the student will now be listed and active.
