Edulastic: Administer Assessments Online WL

Lesson quizzes and unit tests for ¡Qué Chévere! 2e and T’es branché 2e are available to edit and administer online through Edulastic. 

Teachers have Edulastic as a link in their Resources in Passport and can use the website while still in their Passport account. Students will access Edulastic through assessment.peardeck.com/login using a link to a specific quiz or test provided by their teacher.

ADMINISTERING AN ASSESSMENT ONLINE

 
  1. Find Edulastic in your resources by clicking on Content Library, then Resources.

  1. You will see your Dashboard with previously created classes. 

  2. Click open the arrow to see all options. Under Library, click on Test.  

          

  1. You should see the Carnegie Learning Assessments. If you do not see the Carnegie Learning Assessments, clear the filters and choose CLI World Languages Spanish or CLI World Languages French in Collections. This will show all quizzes and tests that are currently available.

 

  1. If you would like to see assessments you have already created, choose Authored by Me from the filter.

  1. Hover over the top of the tile of the assessment you want to assign and click Assign

  1.  Fill out the form. You can choose the class or classes you want to assign to, as well as if you’d like to assign to individual students.  You can set the opening and closing date and time of the assessment.

 

  1.  When you have set all of your assessment parameters, click Assign.

  2.  You have successfully assigned your assessment. This assignment does not appear in their Passport account. Students will be able to take the assessment when they log in to their Edulastic account. You can also share the link to take students to the assessment. Students must have their Edulastic account set up to be able to take the assessment. 

  1.  After students have taken the assessment, click on Assignments in Edulastic. Click open the arrow to see all options. 

  1.  Click on the assignment you want to grade. You can see which classes the assessment has been assigned to and the status of the assessment.

 

  1.  Click on the name of a class. You will see the Live Class Board where you can click to see students’ responses, score open-ended questions, and provide feedback.
