Edulastic: Edit Assessments WL

Lesson quizzes and unit tests for ¡Qué Chévere! 2e and T’es branché? 2e are available to edit and administer online through Edulastic. 

FINDING AND EDITING ASSESSMENTS

 
  1. Find Edulastic in your Resources by clicking on Content Library, then Resources.

  1. You will see your Dashboard with previously created classes.

  1. Click open the arrow to see all options. Under Library, click on Test.

          

 

  1. You should see the Carnegie Learning Assessments. If you do not see the Carnegie Learning Assessments, clear the filters and choose CLI World Languages Spanish or CLI World Languages French

  1. This will show all quizzes and tests that are currently available.

  2. If you would like to edit an assessment you have already created, choose Created by me.

  1. Click on the desired assessment to see options. 

  2. You can view the Details of the assessment, Clone the assessment, Preview how it will look for students, or Assign it to your class. 

  1. If you would like to edit the assessment, click Clone to make a copy of the assessment first.

  2.  When you click Clone, you are asked how you would like to clone the test. The second option, Create a clone of all the items in the test upfront, allows you to easily edit individual test items. Choose the first option if you only plan to add or remove items from the test.

  1. You can fill in the form and rename the test if necessary. If you plan to share the assessment with others in your school/district, consider renaming to a specific name that is easily searchable.

  1. Click the Add Items tab to add questions from the Item Bank or to Create New Item.

  1. Click the Review tab to remove items or to edit an existing item. 

  2. To edit an existing item, click on the Preview icon next to the item.

  1.  Click the Edit icon to the far right. 

  1.  You can edit the item on this screen.

 

  1.  When you are finished editing, click Publish or Assign.

  1.  Click Publish to save the assessment to your private library.

19. Click Assign to administer the assessment online.
