While managing eBook licenses, you may wish to view which eBook licenses are assigned to a specific school or schools. You may also take it a step further and view which eBooks licenses are assigned to specific teachers.
Log in to the Carnegie Learning eBooks website at https://bookshelf.carnegielearning.com/ and click Admin on the bottom-right of the page.
Once on the Admin screen, click Manage Schools.
This is the School District page which lists the schools within your district. Find the school you would like to view and click Action on the right side of the page. To view the Carnegie Learning eBooks that are currently assigned to this school, click School Licenses.
The School Licenses page shows the licenses assigned to the school you selected.
This page will display the name of each Carnegie Learning eBook, the number of seats/licenses, the expiration date, and whether the Carnegie Learning eBooks are currently enabled or disabled.
It is possible to go one step further and see which licenses are assigned to which teacher for each eBook.
Select the Carengie Learning eBook you would like to view, click Action, then click Teacher Licenses.
This will lead you to the Teacher Licenses page for the Carnegie Learning eBook you selected.
You can see which teacher(s) the Carnegie Learning eBooks licenses are assigned to. You may click enable, disable or edit as needed to adjust an allocation.
