The Scores Report helps teachers to easily view and enter scores for students, edit existing scores, add scoring notes and take advantage of the new Quick Score option. Only assignments that are assigned and visible to students will be displayed in the Scores Report.
The Scores Report is accessed by clicking Reports in the top menu. This report will show all assignments for all students in that class.
You can easily see the current score, as well as the status of the assignment for each student. You can view by score or percentage using the radio buttons.
You can use the Due Date and/or Type filters to narrow the selection.
Note that the Total Score/percentage for each student will update based on the filter selections.
You have the ability to filter by Due Date as well as activity Type to narrow the results. Note that the student total score/percentage will change based on those filters. Filters are available in the class view, as well as the student detail view.
You can use the Due Date filter to select a date range, view only items due this week, only overdue items, or only items due today.
You can use the Type filter to only select a certain activity type or multiple activity types. For example, you may only wish to see eBook activities.
Be sure to click Apply after you add a filter.
You can clear individual filters by clicking the X or Clear All Filters at once.
Clicking on the legend will display the possible assignment statuses. There may be multiple statuses for a single cell.
*Note that assignments submitted past the due date will no longer be automatically scored with a 0. Instead they will score normally with a late indicator (red triangle) and you can adjust the score if you choose.
You can enter or modify an individual score by selecting the cell for the student and assignment. This modal will allow you to view the due date, add/modify the score, and leave a scoring note. The scoring note is not displayed to students. Be sure to click Apply.
*Note, you can still enter scores for students by viewing the assignment for the student(s) from your assignment dashboard. This will allow you to view their submission details.
When you click on the cell for a student and assignment, you will see the assignment history log. This view displays the score, most recent assignment changes, and any scoring notes. You can make further changes if needed. Be sure to click Apply.
The Quick Score feature allows you to assign the same score to all students who have submitted the given assignment. It will not be applied to already evaluated assignments.
Click the assignment title in the report to view the Assignment Overview information and access the Quick Score option. Enter the score and click Apply to all Students.
Note that you can also enter Quick Evaluate to view individual student submissions and enter scores from there.
If an assignment has multiple due dates, the word “Multiple” will appear in the Due Date Column. Click on the word Multiple to see the different student due dates.
Click on a student’s name to drill down to the individual student report. This will show all assigned, submitted and evaluated assignments for that student, as well as their current Total Score and percentage.
In the table, you will see the Activity Type, Assignment Name, Due Date, Date Submitted, and Score.
Note that overdue assignments or assignments submitted past the due date are in red.
You can View By score or percentage using the radio buttons.
The same Due Date and activity Type filters are also available.
If you hover over a cell, you will see that you have the option to .
Click the individual cell to add/modify the score and/or leave a scoring note. The scoring note is not displayed to students. Be sure to click Apply.

Clicking on the Assignment Name will bring up the Assignment Overview information and the option to preview the activity.
You can generate a .csv file for the class view or an individual student view of the Scores Report. It will be based on any filters that you have chosen.
Click Export Data to download the file. You can then manipulate the data and save the spreadsheet, or print it out.
