To prepare for the upcoming 2022-23 school year, Carnegie Learning will clean up Passport for all returning schools on July 8th, 2022 unless other arrangements are made. If the planned cleanup date of July 8th is not suitable for your school/district, please use this form to reschedule your cleanup. The available dates are July 15th, July 29th, August 12th and August 26th.
All existing student and class data will be removed. Teacher accounts and most custom activities will be preserved. If you have custom data requests, please contact Customer Support.
The Passport application is designed to manage students and classes within a single school year. This yearly maintenance addresses usability and privacy concerns that may result from accumulated student data.
We recommend that teachers complete the following so that you can save the data collected this school year.
Score any outstanding student work and export the Scores Report.
Download and save any files students have submitted through Custom tasks.
Your Flipgrid account will remain active using your current email address so you can access any Flipgrid videos via flipgrid.com.
Navigate to student assignments with submissions.
You can locate submitted assignments on your Class Dashboard. You can look at assignments for an individual student, or all assignments for the class.
Export Scores Report for each class or for individual students.
You can generate a .csv file for the class view or an individual student view of the Scores Report. It will be based on any filters that you have chosen.
Locate the assignment submission that you wish to save.
You can locate submitted and evaluated assignments on your Class Dashboard. You can look at assignments for an individual student, or all assignments for the class.
If the response was submitted text, you will need to do a screenshot or print the screen from your browser.
