My students finished MATHia, now what?

Congratulations! You have students who worked hard and completed the assigned MATHia sequence, but now what should they do? You can add additional content to the class that the students are currently in by editing a class' MATHia Sequence. This option allows you to utilize the "Additional" section within assigned content. Or, you can create an all new class for the students with a new course or additional modules. If your school is using roster integration, neither option will negatively affect your current classes.

Adding Content To The “Additional” Part of the MATHia Sequence

Advantages:

• Students stay in their current class
• Doesn’t change reporting
• The number of workspaces to complete and the percent of completion doesn’t change in the students’ view
• Unaffected by roster integration (Clever, Classlink, etc.)

Creating a New Class for Students That Have Finished

Advantages

• All of your students that have finished are now in one place.
• Easier for reporting purposes.

• Provides a sense of accomplishment for the students because they have moved on to another class.
• Unaffected by roster integration (Clever, Classlink, etc.).
