View Student Data Across Multiple Assignment Attempts

Sometimes a student may complete the same assignment more than once, whether it’s because the teacher reassigned it, the student requested additional practice, or another instructional need arose. When this happens, teachers can view data from the initial attempt and any subsequent attempts. This article will guide you through how to access and compare all sets of data so you can see each student’s progress over time.

1. Select the Assignments tab, and then the title of the assignment you would like to view.

2. The Attempts column shows how many times the student has completed the assignment.

3. If the student has attempted the assignment more than once, you may view all of the student’s results by clicking on the number in the Attempts column.

4. Scores will be displayed from the most recent attempt at the top of the list to the first attempt at the bottom of the list. Click on any score for a detailed view of the student’s answers.

5. Only a student’s most recent attempt will be displayed on the Student Response Analysis Report.
