An Enhanced Clear Learning Center Experience is Coming for World Languages

At Carnegie Learning, educator feedback drives our continuous improvement efforts. We're excited to introduce the enhanced Clear Learning Center experience, featuring updates designed to make it easier to navigate digital courses, access resources, and manage classroom tasks. While you'll notice some improvements to the experience, the tools and content you rely on remain available. This article highlights what to expect, when you'll receive the update, and where to find additional support.

Why is Carnegie Learning enhancing the experience?

This update is designed to create a more intuitive experience and help educators find what they need more efficiently.

 

 

Is this a completely new platform?

No. You'll continue using the same Clear Learning Center platform with updated course navigation and design improvements.

 

 

What are the biggest improvements?

The enhanced Clear Learning Center experience is designed to help you navigate your course more efficiently, locate resources more quickly, and prepare for instruction with greater ease. Some of the key improvements you'll notice include:

Rollout and Timing


 
Do I need to do anything before the update?

No. The updated experience will be available automatically when your district receives the rollout. 

 

When will I receive the updated experience?

Most districts will receive the updated Clear Learning Center experience beginning July 10. Some districts may receive the update on a different date based on their district's rollover schedule.

 

Why don't I see the new experience yet?

Some districts have requested an alternate rollover date. If your district has a different schedule, you'll receive the update at a later time.

 

Will everyone in my district receive the update at the same time?

Yes. Users within the same district will transition together when the update is available for their district.

Will I need training?

Most users should be able to begin using the updated experience immediately. We'll also provide resources to help you get familiar with the changes.

 

Will there be a walkthrough of the enhanced experience?
